Charles "Chuck" Ruthroff

Mr Ruthroff works with the Synod Witness and Service Discipling Team and the Division for Outreach staff person. He also works with congregations and leaders in the synod planning for local and Synodical strategic mission. He encourages congregations to discover their neighborhoods as a mission field, and links planners with appropriate resources, and provides judicatory, legal, and financial information as needed.

• Meets with the Synod Finance Committee in the development of Synodical financial planning and budgeting for mission.
• Takes the lead on Synodical database management and serves as a resource or connector for statistical information.
