Pr Meginness serves as the Assistant for Administration and Communication. She is responsible for the day to day functioning of the Office of the Bishop, working closely with the support staff and the other assistants. Synod communications, such as the Praxis newsletter, and a weekly ezine (A Byte of Synod)are in her portfolio. She represents the bishop on the Synod Assembly Planning Committee, and assists with the orientation of the synod's voting members for Churchwide Assemblies. Pr Meginness also works with the Synod Council, the Council's Executive Committee, and the Word and Sacrament Discipling Team. She also consults with congregations, connecting them to resources for conflict and mediation processes.
